So, I got this need to know what you guys want to see in my newsletters, but creating surveys isn't one of my strong points. However, I'm going to give it a try right here:
1. What do you like best about my news?
2. What could use improvement?
3. Anything you'd like to see less of?
4. Anything you'd like to see more of?
5. Which of my books do you most like and why?
6. Is there a book you'd love to see me write?
7. Can you think of any friends who might also enjoy this news? (If so, send them by! Easiest to sign up using "email options" at the top of my website...)
Okay, I suppose that's all I can think of. Feel free to make suggestions on better questions while you're at it....lolz. Below this is my email address so you don't have to go looking for it…I'm just helpful like that I suppose.
Anyway, on to the good stuff. It's hard to believe enough time went by since the last time that beach or bruin ebooks were 99 cents that it's time to do it again, but that's what it looks like, so if you don't have them, or if you know others who might want to get the deal, now's a good time to head over to amazon…
I want to elaborate just a little about that. I'm trying to build a series out of those, and about to start a third one, Cage, where the shifters work at a zoo...sometimes they take animal form and do a stint in the displays, but other times go human and get to go out and live normal lives.
The owner of the zoo is a lion shifter from Kenya, a really hot black man named Leonard Cage (after his archaeologist father who falls for his Kenyan mother), and the woman is a persistent reporter trying to prove shifters exist. She's about to blow the whistle on an archaeological dig site, and Leonard has to capture her and try to convince her not to do it because it would put all the shifters of the world in danger if people knew the truth.
That's about where it has gotten to in my head at the moment, though I'm not sure what will stay and what will change. So yeah, I'd say it'll make a great next book for that set. Of course, you could judge that much better if you've got copies of the first two....hint, hint. I'm as good at subtle as I am a surveys, eh?

I went and grabbed a few freebies for you, with the two books in the 99 cent sale listed down there for you too. I did also include a link to the rjwbooks page on redshadow if you want to look at the books before attempting to offer answers about them in the "survey", might be helpful.

When marine biologist Aphrodite Graeme fell for a hot surfer dude at the bar she teasingly started to call Kahuna Joe, she did something she rarely ever did and swam out to a nearby island for a bit of moonlit madness.
When she learned Joe was none other than Commander Jonah Beach, the guy meant to interview her for a top secret job she wants, her first thought is to pass on the position, but she really needs the work, and Joe really needs her to take the job.
When Aph learns that Joe impregnated her and made her into a dolphin shifter just like he was, could she really stay angry when the man had changed her life forever? Not a chance, because her heart was insisting on a whole lot more.
But was she ready to fully immerse herself into such a dangerous new world?
When a limousine showed up at my door one afternoon and the driver invited me to get inside, I was much too curious to refuse. Now, he's whisked me off to begin the adventure of a lifetime, working with shape shifters in a
hidden preserve For an animal behaviorist like me, it's quite a rush.
But I'd be lying if I didn't admit to having a strong attraction to my new boss though. The man leaves my heart palpitating and my knees weak, and I'm dying to throw myself into his arms. There's just one hitch. My coworkers and I only
ever talk to Bruin over a microphone. Nobody has ever seen his face. Does this mean I'm doomed to spend my nights alone?
As usual, I have discarded the books that were free when this went out since they aren't anymore...'

Written as a companion guide for the Worldbuilding Workbook, you can grab this as an ebook, or better yet purchase the paperbacks together for a more hands-on experience. This companion book is meant to be a sort of instruction manual on how you use your workbook, but also contains suggestions on how to use a three ring binder and create a workbook of your own instead.
